I am so excited to finally be able to bring my support into the heart of Horsham. As a sleep consultant, I have seen first-hand how isolating it can feel for new parents to find the right help when they need it most.
Too often families are left to navigate early parenthood alone. Midwives are stretched, often at least forty minutes away, with limited visits once the baby has arrived. Parents are expected to travel for short appointments, carrying their questions and worries with very little chance for real conversation or guidance.
This is why I have started The Circle with Lindsey, an independent midwife with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Together, we want to create a place where families can come for education, support and reassurance. Whether during pregnancy or in the weeks, months and years beyond, our combined skills can help lighten the load and give parents the confidence to walk the path that feels right for them.
The John Lewis and Waitrose Café is now home to something more than coffee and conversation. It is a space where parents can gather, ask the questions they have been holding inside, and leave feeling supported and seen. My hope is that this will become a hub for Horsham families, a reminder that they do not have to do this alone.
