About
It began by a lake, under the full strawberry moon.
I was sitting around a fire with a circle of women, some I knew, some I didn’t.
The air was warm, the flames soft, and without pressure or performance, we each began to share what we carried: exhaustion, joy, confusion, grief.
In that moment of stillness, something ancient stirred in me, a deep remembering.
I’d spent years supporting women as Surrey Sleep Consultant, watching them carry far more than they should, always asking for permission to rest.
But that night, I saw what we were truly missing: a space to just be.
That’s when The Sleep Circle was born, not just a place to talk sleep, but a place to lay it all down.
A space for women of all ages to return to themselves, to each other, and to the rhythms we were never meant to forget.
This isn’t about fixing.
It’s about softening.
Reconnecting.
Coming home.

Why The Sleep Circle Exists
It isn’t just a brand.
It’s a promise I made to myself when I was deep in my own exhaustion.
I know what it’s like to be the one everyone leans on. To carry the mental load of motherhood, the demands of work, the weight of being the strong one even when you’re falling apart inside.
I know the ache in your bones from always putting yourself last.
The tiredness that sleep alone can’t fix.
The silent question in your heart: “Is this really how it’s meant to be?”
The Sleep Circle was born from that same place in me. The part that finally whispered: enough
I created this space because I needed it too
A space where we don’t have to apologise for being tired
Where we can soften without losing our strength Where we can finally be held
I’m not here to preach
I’m not here to tell you to fix yourself
I’m here because I’ve walked this road
And I want to walk alongside you
As you learn to rest
As you grow in the direction your soul is pulling you
As you glow from the inside out
You don’t have to do it all alone anymore
Welcome to The Sleep Circle
A place built for us
Because I am you too
