  • Discovery Call – Free

  • A 20-minute conversation to explore your challenges, dreams, and needs. Think of it as a two-way chat. You will see if I am the right fit, and I will get a clear sense of how to guide you.

  • Rest and Reset 1:1 Session – £199

  • A one-hour session to support you in the areas that matter most, including sleep, mindset, parenting, work-life balance, emotional wellbeing, and life choices. This is your space to be held, seen, and guided with empathy, wisdom, and practical tools that work for your life.

  • 8-Week Support Package – £695

  • Four one-hour calls, one every fortnight over eight weeks. This package provides ongoing guidance, accountability, and tailored strategies. Together we will address the whole picture of your life, helping you create balance, calm, and clarity, and build long-term habits that truly serve you.

The Sleep Circle and the sessions I offer are about holistic support.
It is about helping you navigate parenting, career, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and self-care so you can create the life you truly want.

 

In time, I envision this space growing into so much more.
Moon circles to set intentions under new moons and release emotions under full moons.
Women’s circles to connect like-minded women so they can share wisdom, support one another, and grow together.
Retreats with yoga, nutritious food, and holistic support for women in all stages, pregnancy, new motherhood, empty nesting, and menopause.

What is it?

The Rest & Reset Session is a one-to-one, 60-minute space just for you. It’s a pause in the noise, a chance to put everything down and be held. This isn’t therapy and it isn’t a lecture. It’s a nurturing conversation where we gently explore what’s keeping you from feeling rested and restore balance with practical, soulful support.

What happens in the session

✨ Arrive – We begin by slowing down. You’ll be welcomed into a calm space where you don’t need to hold it all together.


✨ Explore – Together we’ll look at what’s sitting heavy- whether it’s sleep struggles, stress, overwhelm, or the endless cycle of “always on.”


✨ Reset – I’ll guide you through practices and simple tools to calm your nervous system, alongside personalised strategies that feel kind and doable in your real life.


✨ Leave with –

  • A clear next step that feels light and achievable.

  • Your own “Rest Ritual” to bring ease into your evenings.

  • Practical ways to soothe your mind and body when sleep feels far away.
